Recently the Buck Tales and Trails Team procured travel vests (male and female) with RFID pocket from SCOTTeVEST.com.  Since we have not traveled with a vest that contains what is normally in our backpacks, we decided to wear them around town, on dog walks, and visiting some of the local fall festival activities.
Our initial finding is that it is great to have the arm freedom and not to look after a backpack or purse. Because we only took short trips, we did not pack a PC.  We did back a small camera and our iPhone, which we distributed between the vest pockets to eliminate bulges.  The vest was very comfortable. It did take a little effort to get a charge cards out of the RFID pocket, but we agreed that a little effort made it harder for a person to pick pocket our cards and money.  So, this little effort we feel is a positive not a negative.
